Final cleans prepare the new build for delivery to the client. Our list is a general but thorough list of tasks to create the best presentation possible for the new owners. For prep work, please see our Pre-Carpet and Rough Cleanings section.

 

Kitchens & Bar Spaces:

  • Interior & exterior of all appliances are cleaned

  • Interior & exterior of all cabinets and drawers are vacuumed & wiped. Pulls & Handles are cleaned. Tops of overhead cabinets are vacuumed & wiped.

  • Lighting & Overhead fixtures are cleaned

  • Sink basins are scrubbed. Faucets and handles are cleaned.

  • Countertops are vacuumed, scrubbed, and cleaned. Backsplashes and side splashes are cleaned.

General Cleaning & Disinfection:

  • Baseboard Cleaning

  • Vent vacuuming

  • High Dusting

  • Power outlets and switches are cleaned

  • Mantels, Built in shelving, and closet racks are cleaned.

  • Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning*

  • Door & Window Frame cleaning

  • Door cleaning

  • Blinds are cleaned

  • Wall Cleaning

Bathrooms:

  • Countertops are vacuumed, scrubbed, and cleaned. Backsplashes and side splashes are cleaned.

  • Interior & exterior of cabinets and drawers are vacuumed & wiped. Pulls & Handles are cleaned. Tops of overhead cabinets are vacuumed & wiped.

  • Sink basins are scrubbed. Faucets and handles are cleaned.

  • Lighting & Overhead fixtures are cleaned

  • Shower walls, shelves benches, and tiles are scrubbed & rinsed. Shower heads and temperature knobs are cleaned. Bathtubs are scrubbed & rinsed. Tub faucets and handles are cleaned.

  • Mirrors and shower glass are cleaned.

  • Toilet and bidet interiors and exteriors are cleaned.

Floor care:

  • Interior of floor vents are vacuumed out (if applicable)

  • Carpets are raked and vacuumed.

  • Floor protective paper is removed. (Replaced if applicable)

  • Hard Flooring is vacuumed and mopped.

  • Wood Flooring is dry mopped and vacuumed.

Unfinished Basement Cleans

  • Concrete Flooring Final vacuumed (finished & Unfinished)

  • Concrete Flooring Final Mop (Applicable Finished & Unfinished)

  • Water Heater & basement appliance cleaning

  • Stairway vacuumed and mopped. Stairway handrails are disinfected

  • Window glass, track, and frames cleaned.

  • *See rough cleaning for additional basement tasks.

Garage & Warehouse Final CLean

  • Concrete Flooring Final vacuumed

  • Concrete Flooring Final Mop

  • Concrete Flooring Power Wash (If applicable)

  • Garage door wipe down/power wash (Interior & Exterior)

  • Concrete step scrape down.

  • Window glass, track, and frames cleaned.

  • Sidewalk and driveway power wash (If applicable)
