general Room dusting & cleaning:

  • Trash is removed

  • Light switches, hand rails, and door handles are cleaned & disinfected

  • Wall décor, pictures, and lighting is dusted. Fans and fan blades are cleaned

  • Furniture and surfaces are cleaned, Chairs and chair legs are cleaned

  • Placed and standing décor is cleaned

  • Patio and entry door glass is cleaned.

  • Laundry Machines are cleaned

Kitchens & Bars:

  • Sink basins are scrubbed. Faucets and handles are cleaned

  • Countertops are scrubbed and cleaned. Backsplashes & side splashes are cleaned

  • The interior & exterior of large and small appliances are cleaned (microwaves, fridges, ovens, dishwashers, etc.) Stove-tops and knobs are cleaned

  • The exterior of cabinets are cleaned. The exterior of drawers are cleaned. Pulls and handles are cleaned

BATHROOMS:

  • Sink basins are scrubbed. Faucets and handles are cleaned

  • Mirrors & shower glass are cleaned

  • Hard water stains are removed from glass

  • Counter tops are scrubbed and cleaned. Back splashes and side splashes are cleaned

  • The interior and exterior of the toilet or bidet are cleaned

  • The exterior of cabinets are cleaned, the exterior of drawers are cleaned. Pulls and handles are cleaned

  • Shower walls, shelves benches, and tiles are scrubbed & rinsed. Shower heads and temperature knobs are cleaned. Bathtubs are scrubbed & rinsed. Tub faucets and handles are cleaned

  • Bathroom holders and wall mounts are cleaned

  • Trash is removed

Floor care:

  • Rugs are vacuumed

  • Hard flooring is vacuumed

  • Carpeted rooms are vacuumed

  • Hard Flooring is mopped

When receiving a routine clean, at EFY we are sure to organize your home as we clean and disinfect. For example:

  • Beds are made, sheets are changed, pillowed are fluffed

  • Desk and table materials are straightened and grouped

  • Table pieces are centered, magazines are placed neatly.

  • Toys are placed away

  • Blankets are folded, towels are folded

  • Trash is removed, etc.

Initial Cleans

Initial cleans are the very first service. This service is a routine clean with the addition of:
